Invoice records, payment status, and transaction references. We do not store full card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

General enquiries and allocation requests: up to 24 months after last activity.
Security logs: up to 12 months.
Where deletion is requested, we will delete or anonymise personal data where the law allows. Where we must retain certain information, or where deletion would undermine essential authenticity or service records, we will explain what can and cannot be removed.

Where consent is relied upon for online services directed to children, UK law sets a specific age threshold of 13, but TANAKA is not directed to children and does not knowingly market to them.
